Amendment 0001 - This amendment adds the Questions and Answers document, updates Atatchment 00 - Schedule of Items to reflect "Monday and Friday" service and removes annual service section, updates Attachment 01 - Statement of Work to reflect background check information/work hour for the base year, removes Annual service and updates technical specifications to reflect "Monday and Friday" service and updates period of performance. Previous versions of Attachment 00 - Schedule of Items and Atatchment 01 - Statement of Work have been removed and repalced by updated versions. As a result of this amendment, the responses due date HAS NOT been changed and is still February 14, 2020 at 1400 PT. The United States Forest Service- Pacific Northwest Research station requires janitorial services to be performed at the Corvallis Forestry Sciences located in Corvallis, OR. The work to be performed can be found in Attachment 01 - Statement of Work, Attachment 03 - Site Maps. The Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and any other incidentals to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work set forth in the attachments. The Contractor shall provide all professional and technical personnel for this project, to include labor, transportation, tools and equipment to accomplish the work as described in the attachments. The work shall be in accordance with the contract clauses, specifications, and any other attachments as a result of this solicitation
