RLP Amendment #1 - This Amendment adds the following paragraphs to Exhibit A “Livingston Montana Global Lease Template L100” : 3.45; 3.47; 3.48 - for full details, see the attached RLP Amendment #1 document. USDA has a need for a facility that includes office, warehouse, wareyard, and related space in Livingston, Montana. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, seismic, accessibility, and sustainability standards for the term of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year floodplain. Please see attached RLP and Exhibits for detailed information.
