It is the intent of this contract(s) to secure Road Maintenance and Light Construction Services required for the Custer Gallatin National forest for a base year, with three following option years. The work will be completed on the Sioux, Ashland, Beartooth, Bozeman/Hebgen Lake, and Yellowstone/Gardiner Ranger Districts on the Custer Gallatin National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary. Tasks will consist mostly of road grading and small projects such as culvert cleaning, cattleguard cleaning, culvert replacement, spot surfacing, etc.

The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at website beta.SAM.gov known as Contract Opportunities tentatively on or about March 18, 2020. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of this Request for Proposal. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for a base year and three optional years. The maximum cumulative value for all contract(s) awarded is $2,500,000 (maximum $500,000 per district/zone). The guaranteed minimum is $2,500 for the life of the contract. NAICS: 115310, the size standard is $8 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business.
