Amendment 001: Mandatory Contractor Review and sign date for technical package submission. Estimated Start Date: 07/12/2021 Estimated Completion Date: 08/13/2021 Project Value: $100,000 to $250,000 This project on the Sandpoint Ranger District consists of Full Depth Reclamation, which includes scarification, milling and pulverizing, watering, shaping, grading and roller compacting of approximately 3.90 miles of FSR 1091 Lunch Peak road including the shoulders and turnouts. Placement of 250 cubic yards of commercial source surfacing aggregate material. Work will also include ditch reconditioning, including pulling ditches, disposing of material and cleaning culverts. Removal of 1 old gate and furnishing and installing a new gate and signs. Optional items might be awarded and include the removal and replacement of 6 culverts and construction of 6 drain dips. Optional items will involve excavation, removal and proper disposal of existing culverts. In place of the old culverts, new culverts will be placed. Additionally, bedding material will be obtained from a commercial source and compacted around the culvert. The culverts will be armored at the inlet and outlet with Government Source Riprap material. Commercial source surfacing material will be hauled and placed, to re-establish the road surface over the culverts.
