Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, operating supplies, mobilization and incidentals necessary to complete the project in reasonably close conformity with drawings and specifications, and in accordance with provisions of the contract. There is no site visit planned for this solicitation. All interested vendors are highly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quotation.
