SCOPE OF WORK. This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all labor to complete maintenance and repair services on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at the Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) buildings. Complete all Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual preventive maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. The contractor shall submit a service report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) at the completion of each service visit and with the service report, the contractor shall include corrective maintenance required. Background. The INRC completed construction in 2019-2020 on its Main Office, Warehouse and Dispatch Center (27,723 SF) located at the following location(s): Building Locations - (INRC Main Office, Warehouse and Dispatch Center): - Main Office: - 3232 West Nursery Way, Coeur d’ Alene, ID 83815 - Warehouse & Dispatch Center: - 3260 West Nursery Way, Coeur d’ Alene, ID 83815 The effective period of this contract is from the effective award date – September 30, 2021. Estimated award date is October 1, 2020. The Option Years may be exercised by the Government unilaterally in accordance with 52.217-9. Delivery/Performance: The contract is for one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years as follows: Base Year Period of Performance: 10/01/2020 – 09/30/2021 Option Year 1 Period of Performance: 10/01/2021 – 09/30/2022 Option Year 2 Period of Performance: 10/01/2022 – 09/30/2023 Option Year 3 Period of Performance: 10/01/2023 – 09/30/2024 Option Year 4 Period of Performance: 10/01/2024 – 09/30/2025
