The work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, erosion control measures, well drilling and casing, well sealing, well testing, and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The precise details of performing work are not stipulated except as considered essential for the completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material (but for government furnished), equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract.
