The contractor shall perform road maintenance blading that will result in the proper mix of aggregates and fines to maintain aggregates on the road way, the elimination of ruts and chuckholes, maintenance and functionality of ditchlines and water diversion structures, and removal of rocks, limbs and other debris from the road prism while preserving vegetation that serves to prevent or moderate erosion from runoff. The services covered in this contract include the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance blading on roads specified herein, in compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. The period of performance: It is estimated delivery will be no earlier than 15 May 2020 and shall not exceed 1 September 2020. Project Location: The work sites are located on the Rexford and Fortine Ranger Districts of the Kootenai National Forest. District Map attached for routes.
