RFQ Solicitation 12034320Q0111 South Plateau Cultural Resource Inventory The Forest Service anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price service contract to complete a cultural resource inventory of 5,300 acres of restoration units on National Forest lands on the Hebgen Lake Ranger District of the Custer Gallatin National Forest within the 17,000 acre South Plateau Vegetation Restoration project area. The purpose of the inventory is to locate, map and record all cultural resources found within the boundaries of the treatment units for this project. A 5000 acre archaeological inventory was conducted north of this inventory area in 2019 within the 17, 000 acre restoration project area. The project area is located in southern Gallatin County, west of the Yellowstone National Park, east of the Idaho state line, and south of the town of West Yellowstone. It is within the Hebgen Lake Ranger District boundary. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541620 environmental consulting services and the small business size standard is $16.5 million, set-aside 100% for small business. Quote is due on May 14, 2020 and not May 11, 2020. The work is estimated to begin June 22, 2020 through November 9, 2020; rather than beginning July 1, 2020. No site visit is scheduled.
