All information regarding the project, including drawings, schedule of items, response date, response requirements will be posted with the solicitation package. The solicitation package for this project will be posted on or after April 16, 2020. Scope of Work: The project will dispose of the existing water system pump house and appurtenances at the Slate Creek Campground and replace them with a new accessible concrete pad and government furnished hand pump Project Description: This project is located at the Slate Creek Campground, located on the West Fork Ranger District, USFS, in Ravalli County, MT. The project is approximately 28 miles SW of Darby, MT. This project includes: Dispose of an existing approximate 10 ft. x 10 ft. stick framed pump house and electrical appurtenances (including but not limited to pump, piping, disconnected panel board, and heater), and the approximate 10 ft. x 10 ft. concrete mono-pad foundation. The existing well and well case are to be protected. Redevelop the existing 42-ft deep, 6-inch well. Construct a new 5.5 ft. accessible concrete pad with drain around the existing well. Install a government furnished Monitor hand pump, flange and pump cylinder. Contractor to provide new pump rod and rod couplings. Construct gravel parking area and access path. This is a Total Small Business Set-aside, meaning awards will only be made to businesses with an average of less than $39.5 million dollars in receipts per year over the past 3 years. The magnitude of this project is estimated at less than $25,000.00.
