Solicitation number 12034320Q0099, issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR FAC 2019-05. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business and the associated NAICS code is 115210 Farrier Service, with the corresponding Small Business size standard $8.million. Vendor must have an active SAM.GOV registration and qualify as a Small Business under the SBA size standard for this NAICS to be awarded this contract. Quotes are being solicited to furnish farrier services for animals for the base year Spring through Winter 2020-2021, with an additional two (2) optional years.
