Please continue to check the USDA website for critical updates.** This request is for a firm-fixed price contract, performance-based for janitorial services covered in this contract are for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies (except those supplies specified to be furnished by the Government), and incidentals necessary to perform the janitorial services at three different locations set forth herein, in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions. Location and Description Janitorial services are needed for the following three locations on the Rexford/Fortine Ranger Districts. 1) Eureka Ranger Station Compound which is located approximately 1 mile north of Eureka MT at 949 US-93 , Eureka MT 59917. 2) Murphy Lake Compound which is located approximately 2 miles south of Fortine, MT at 12797 US Hwy 93 South, Fortine, MT 59918. 3) Ant Flat Compound located at 1470 Ant Flat Road, Trego, MT 59923. AGAR 452.211-75 Effective Period of Contract (FEB 1988). The effective period of this contract is from June 1, 2020 - May 31, 2023 (Base period with two option periods). Base Period: June 1, 2020 – May 31, 2021 Option Period 1: June 1, 2021 – May 31, 2022 Option Period 2: June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023
