The Forest Service anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) commercial items contract with a base and two ordering periods for road decommisioning on the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. Work will occur on all districts within the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to perform road obliteration work on roads specified on each task order. All work and equipment shall be in compliance with the terms, specifications and provisions of this contract. All equipment shall be in good operating condition, inspected to be weed free, and shall be operated by competent, experienced operators.
