Idaho Panhandle National Forest / Priest Lake Ranger District - Janitorial Services The performance-based services are to be provided at the Priest Lake Ranger District Offices located at 32203 Highway 57, Priest River, Idaho 83856. Services are required for a total of approximately 18,972 sq. ft. Includes the following locations: - Office Buildings (Office 1 - 5,000 sq ft, Office 2 - 2,500 sq ft, and Office 3 - 1,500 sq ft) - Small Bunkhouse - 1,700 sq ft - Large Bunkhouse - 4,700 sq ft - Meeting Room - 1,800 sq ft - Kitchen - 300 sq ft - Bunkrooms - 80 sq ft/room Option Items: Carpenter Shop Restrooms - 100 sq ft and the Residence Houses - 1,292 sq ft common areas are located at the same location also require services. The effective period of this contract is from March 1, 2020 through January 31, 2023 (Base Period w/two option periods). Base Period: March 1, 2020 – January 31, 2021 / Option Period 1: February 1, 2021 – January 31, 2022 / Option Period 2: February 1, 2022 – January 31, 2023. Includes the following locations: - Office Buildings (Office 1 - 5,000 sq ft, Office 2 - 2,500 sq ft, and Office 3 - 1,500 sq ft) - Small Bunkhouse - 1,700 sq ft - Large Bunkhouse - 4,700 sq ft - Meeting Room - 2,100 sq ft - Kitchen - 300 sq ft - Bunkrooms - 80 sq ft/room Additionally, option items Carpenter Shop Restrooms - 100 sq ft and the Residence Houses - 1,292 sq ft common areas are located at the same location also require services.
