Services are required for the 8300 sq. ft. main office building, the 1700 sq. ft. Operations building, and the 1500 sq. ft. annex building. Additionally, two bunkhouses, each about 1000 sq. ft. of common areas and located at the same location would also require services. Contract begins March 1, 2020, with 2 option years.
