This requirement is for the Idaho Panhandle National Forest for HVAC Preventive Maitenance. The HVAC mainenance is for the Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) bulding that completed construction in 2019 on its 27,723 square feet Warehouse and Dispatch Center. Location: 3260 West Nursery Way, Coeur d' Alene, ID 83815. • For Items 1 through 7, complete Semi-Annual and Annual preventive maintenance items shown below. • Submit a service report to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at the completion of each service visit. • With the service report, include corrective maintenance required and a written cost estimate. This will be for one (1) Base Year plus four (4) Option Years: Base Year: December 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020 Option Year 1: October 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021 Option Year 2: October 1, 2021 - April 30, 2022 Option Year 3: October 1, 2022 - April 30, 2023 Option Year 4: October 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024 The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around November 4, 2019.
