The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Government offices located at the Lincoln Ranger District, Lincoln, Montana, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for offices and storage including the lunchroom and coffee break areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions. The Lincoln Ranger District is located on 1569 Highway 200, Lincoln, Montana. Services are to be provided 3 times weekly (unless otherwise noted) in 5 separate buildings of approximately 7,266 square feet for the Lincoln Ranger District.
