The service in this contract will consist of all jobs necessary to maintain the premises, furniture and fixtures in a clean and sanitary condition and a quality consistent with that normally expected in buildings subjected to considerable public use. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for offices and storage including the lunchroom and coffee break areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions. All weekly janitorial services will be provided once per week from October - May (winter hours) and certain duties will be provided twice per week from June - September (summer hours) in the office building occupied by the Forest Service, located at the south end of Red Lodge, Montana at 6811 US Highway 212. Janitorial services will be provided at the two Beartooth Ranger Station bunkhouses once a year at 6811 Highway 212 South, Red Lodge, MT. The areas to be maintained consists of (2) dining area (2) living rooms (5) bathrooms, (2) kitchens, (4) hallways (2)laundry rooms (19) Bedrooms (15 carpeted + 4 uncarpeted).
