Description of Work: Little Moose Creek Culvert NFSR 1800 - M.P. 11.8 The project consists of the removal of an existing 24" diameter steel culvert and replacement with a new 10' Span x 5'-3" Rise x 58' Long Steel Structural Plate Arch Culvert on precast concrete foundations. The project is located on Forest Road No. 1800, MP 11.8 at the Little Moose Creek Culvert crossing. Improvements consist of, but are not limited to: structure excavation, geocell abutment stabilization, precast concrete footings, structural steel plate arch culvert, structural backfill, placement of riprap, excavation and embankment construction on the roadway approaches, roadway surfacing and seeding. Price Range: Project is between $100,000 and $250,000. No pre-bid tour is planned. Work on the project site shall commence no earlier than June 1, 2019 and proceed in accordance with the contractor's approved work schedule and run continuously till the end of the project no later than September 15, 2019. All in-stream work must take place between July 1 and August 15, 2019 unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer (CO).
