This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or www.acquisition.gov. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336999 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The USDA, Forest Service, Flathead National Forest, Hotshots, has a need for a UTV. Solicitation number 12034319Q0094 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide a brand name or equal to a New 2018 Textron/ Arctic Cat Wildcat XX UTV with a 2015 Arctic Cat/Wildcat X trade in. The awarded purchase order will be a firm fixed price. One award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as price, past performance, delivery and technical capability in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Prospective awardees must be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Contract. The following items will need to be submitted; Schedule of Items containing quoted line items.
