The purpose of this contract is to furnish all materials, chemicals, equipment, supervision, tansportation and incidentals necessary to pump toilets identified by the Project Manger. Disposal of waste shall meet all sanitation and health laws, ordinances or regulations by any municipal, county, state or Federal authority to govern collection and disposal of human waste shall be recognized and observed while performing the services. DIsposal is not allowed on any Forest Service Lands. ALl fees imposed for sewage disposal under this contract are the responsibility of the contractor.
