This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-98. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services): Size Standard is $7.5 Million. SCOPE OF WORK Kootenai National Forest locations that may be requested in 2019-20 for service. A list of locations that includes approximate gallons/vault will be provided to the vendor in advance of requested service. The attached list identifies possible pump locations. Most toilets will only be pumped once in a season, however, some popular destinations will require multiple service visits in a year. Most toilets are regular STSS OR CXT models with cement vaults. Vaults vary in size from 300 – 1,500 gallon capacities. Pumping services will be grouped so that multiple vaults can be pumped in a single trip to consolidate the number of trips for the provider. Award shall be made to the quoter whose quotation is the best value to the government. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: experience, past performance, and price. SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING AS YOUR QUOTE: The following documents shall be submitted by the quoter for evaluation to be considered responsive: 1. Contractor/Quoter information, (page 1). 2. Schedule of Items with complete pricing (page 1). 3. Experience Questionnaire/Past Performance sheet (page 2). NOTES: -Quotes must be provided on all items. All quotations shall be rounded to the nearest cent. -Vendor shall be registered in https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ prior to award. -Vendor shall be registered in the Invoice Processing Platform www.ipp.gov to submit invoices.
