This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, Effective 06 Nov 2017. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is 12034319Q0043 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes only. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 321113 and the size standard of 500 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ Supply and deliver Treated Trail Timbers. The orders shall be delivered FOB destination on or before Friday, May 31, 2019. All deliveries shall be made on regular work days (Monday through Friday) during hours 7:00 to 11:30 AM and 12:00 to 4:00 PM. No deliveries will be accepted after 4:00 PM or on official Federal Government holidays. The Contractor shall notify Steve Petesch on Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Sandpoint Ranger District, 1602 Ontario Street, Sandpoint, ID 83864 at telephone (208) 267-6755 at least 24 hours prior to delivery. The Government anticipates one award considering price and delivery schedule.
