The IPNF will solicit for Road Maintenance Grading services that will result in the proper mix of aggregates and fines to maintain aggregates on the road way, the elimination of ruts and chuckholes, maintenance and functionality of ditch lines and water diversion structures, and removal of rocks, limbs and other debris from the road prism while maintaining vegetation that serves to prevent or moderate erosion from runoff, work includes road grading, scarification, clearing debris from ditches, minor road repair. . Hourly work may be performed on as-needed basis for minor work in non- road areas or unusual conditions. The IPNF anticipates awarding up to 5 Firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contracts. The period of performance is anticipated to be for one base year 2019, with two option years. Estimated start work May 2019 or as conditions permit. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued on or around February 25, 2019.
