The USDA/Forest Service requires an estimated quantity of Adjustable Sprinkler Head Assemblies (NFES 0998) for wildfire and prescribed burn operations. These new items will be included in the Water Handling Kit 1048 and may eventually replace the current non-adjustable sprinkler head. The assembly must consist of a solid brass or bronze impact sprinkler head, a 45-degree angle elbow body, and a brass swivel, meeting detailed specifications in the attached document. Special packaging and markings are required. Performance of services will be at the Rocky Mountain Incident Support Cache in Lakewood, CO.
