The USDA Forest Service intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercially available freight services supporting National Interagency Support Cache locations nationwide. Services include delivery and pickup of supplies and equipment for wildland fire, pre-suppression, and all-hazard emergencies across the Continental United States and Alaska, including remote locations on unpaved Federal, State, or County roads. Pricing and terms for subsequent years will be requested annually. The resulting BPAs will be effective from date of award through December 31 of the awarded year, with annual reviews each year.
