The Resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), if any, will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), agreement (BPA) (Base with Four (4) Ordering Periods). This solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621330-All Other Support Services with a small business size standard of $9M. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM). All vendors wishing to submit a quote to the solicitation described herein must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://sam.gov/) or risk their otherwise timely quotation being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations. Information on SAM registration can be obtained at the following web site: http://sam.gov/. The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract.
