The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Property and Procurement Services (PPS), Incident Procurement Operations (IPO) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items: custom canvas rescue kits and pump tool rolls to be used while responding to wildfire in support of the Rocky Mountain Area Incident Supply Cache. Subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The resulting contract, if any, will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.
