The intent of this solicitation is to re-supply the USFS fire caches with NFES 0881 Wrap - Structure Protection, Rolls. Structure protection wrap is used in wildland fire fighting to protect structures by providing a thermal barrier between the structure and an approaching flame front. The structure wrap consists of an aluminum foil laminated onto a fiberglass cloth. The foil protects structure by reducing heat transfer to the structure from radiant heat. The fiberglass cloth provides durability to the laminated cloth and attenuates heat transfer from convective heat. The Vendor’s firm fixed-price rates shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, equipment, materials, and State and Federal taxes. **See attachments for details
