Instructions for the preparation and submission of quotes are specified in the Solicitation RFQ 1202SC21Q2709. Delivery to be made on or before 07/31/2023 to Lakewood, CO. Quotes are due no later than 2:30 PM MTN, 05/15/2023. Notwithstanding the language of FAR 52.212-4 Instructions to Offerors, submitted quotes will only be deemed acceptable if they adhere to the requirements described in Section 7. of the Solicitation. This is a Request for Quotes for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Ensure that your active SAM.gov profile includes this NAICS code. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order without engaging in any discussions, negotiations, or requesting any price revisions. Your quote must represent your best possible terms/pricing as there will be no opportunity to revise, amend, correct, or improve your quote once the Solicitation closes.
