The U.S. Forest Service, Washington Office of Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Incident Support Branch-Logistics at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho, will be soliciting quotes for the fabrication and delivery of 20,000 Sprinkler Stakes cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0913. Sprinkler Stakes to be built in accordance with the specifications and dimensions described in the NIFC, Fire Equipment Development Unit, Bureau of Land Management design specification drawing for Sprinkler Stake, and the USDA, Forest Service, Technology & Development Center, Sprinkler Stake General Assembly design specification Drawing Number FXX-01, Rev. 0, dated 09/2006. This solicitation will be advertised as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the fabrication and delivery of 20,000 Sprinkler Stakes to be delivered to the Rocky Mountain Area Incident Support Cache, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO by no later than 11/17/2022. Quotes are not being requested nor accepted at this time. Quotes will be requested when the Solicitation is posted early April 2022.
