The MHPs are needed to provide services to federal agencies, including the USFS and the BLM National Critical Incident Stess Management (CISM) program during CISM interventions for employees involved in critical incidents. This request is to establish new Blanket Purchase Agreements for the current MHPs BPA, which will end April 30, 2025. Submitted pricing will only be applicable for Ordering Periods 2-4.
