The Vendor’s firm fixed-price rates shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, equipment, materials, F.O.B shipping, and State and Federal taxes. The effective period of performance for the resultant BPA(s) will be from date of award for five (5) years with annual reviews occurring around July of every year. Changes to pricing and/or terms, for subsequent years, will be requested annually through an updated solicitation posted to SAM.GOV. See RFQ attachements for further details.
