This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Subpart 13.5 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not otherwise be issued. The Government is requesting quotes for the purchase of fuel can identification tags made of colored polyethylene plastic that are designed to be quicky attached to portable fuel storage containers for temporary identification of the contents. The color of the tags and the lettering imprinted thereon identify the type of fuel stored in the fuel container. Tags are 8 ½” long and 2” wide, which includes a 4 ½” securing strap that attaches to the fuel containers. Additional relevant details are contained in the attached file "Solicitation 1202SC21Q2701.pdf". Quotes are requested for identical, like, or similar identification tags according to the four types described in Solicitation 1202SC21Q2701. Fuel can identification tags meeting the requirements stated in Sections 2 and 3 of Solicitation 1202SC21Q2701 must be delivered by August 02, 2021. Quote includes delivery. Delivery will be made to; ROCKY MOUNTAIN INTERAGENCY FIRE CACHE DENVER FEDERAL CENTER BUILDING 810, DOOR N27 LAKEWOOD, CO 80401 Strict adherence to the requirements specified in Section 5 of Solicitation 1202SC21Q2701 is neccesary. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8 million. NAICS code 115310 Footnote 17 does not apply.
