The intent of this agreement is to provide the services of commercially available Call When Needed (CWN) Mobile Food Service (MFS) Units (CWNMSU), on a nation-wide basis, for fire suppression activities and All-Hazard incidents. Offerors' fixed-price rates for calendar year 2021 shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, equipment, materials, State and Federal taxes, including workman’s compensation costs, insurance coverage, non-compensable transportation costs, gratuities, overhead and profit. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing and managing all equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, lodging, and trained/certified personnel necessary to meet the agreement specifications as identified in Exhibit D.1 (see attachment). Pricing/Terms for subsequent years will be requested annually through an updated solicitation posted to Sam.Gov. The effective period of the resultant BPA(s) will be from date of award through 31 December 2030 with annual reviews happening around December of every year. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted and all companies may submit regardless of business size. However, preference for orders will be given first to small businesses. Offerors shall quote each CWN MFS Unit with fixed-price rates and specify the CWN MFS Units capacity, based on this acquisition's requirements, in both number of meals per hour and number of meals per meal period. The Offeror’s specified home physical address will become the Designated Dispatch Point (DDP) for that location. Offerors may propose more than one CWN MFS Unit and must provide unique unit numbers and provide a separate Section B for each unit offered. A Word version of Sections B.2 and B.3 are provided to assist you in creating your Offer. Please note: Offerors are encouraged to submit their Offer as early as possible, as the Government will be awarding and begin utilizing BPAs immediately. The deadline for Offers will end at the end of the calendar year and will be replaced by the annual review for calendar year 2022. New entrants are encouraged to provide their Offer to be considered for a BPA. Please contact the undersigned with any questions.
