All changes indicated in the Solicitation Amendment attached. This requirement is for Aerial Ignition spheres (Premo fireballs or salient characteristics) that are 1 ¼ inch high impact polystyrene spheres containing 3 or more grams of potassium permanganate. The rate of chemical reaction is dependent upon the particle size of the potassium permanganate and the concentration of the ethylene glycol, and combustion occurs within approximately 20 seconds at standard room temperature of the sphere’s injection with approximately 1 ml 100% ethylene glycol.
