Subject: The USDA Forest Service (FS), has a requirement for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for nonpersonal services. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies and transportation to provide fire and aviation consulting, analysis, data gathering, writing, group coordination and facilitation to the Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management (FAM) office in Boise, ID. Expertise is required in aviation and its standards employed in a wildland fire environment.
