Classification Code: “R425” Support – Professional: Engineering/Technical NAICS Code: 541611 Administrative Management Consulting Services Size Standard: $14M in annual receipts Contract Type: A Multiple Award, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract will be issued. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. Subject: The USDA Forest Service (FS), has a requirement for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for nonpersonal services. Contractors shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies and transportation to provide fire and aviation consulting, analysis, data gathering, writing, group coordination and facilitation to the Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management (FAM) office in Boise, ID. Expertise is required in aviation and its standards employed in a wildland fire environment. It is anticipated that Request for Quote (RFQ) number 1202SC21Q0003 for these requirements will be issued on or about February 22, 2021 and will close approximately 15 calendar days after. This acquisition will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Presolicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Presolicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Presolicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
