The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes for fuel tender resources to be used for fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed project work in Region 3. The Government anticipates awarding multiple preseason agreements under a total Small Business set-aside. Contractors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and management, with resources to be competitively awarded within specific regional dispatch centers. Vendors are strongly encouraged to select the dispatch center closest to their resource's physical location to ensure timely response. All submissions and communications must be conducted electronically through the Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) Next Gen System.
