VIPR I-BPA for Potable & Gray Water Truck/Handwashing Station (Trailer Mounted) for ESB Regions 1, 2, and 4
The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for Potable & Gray Water Truck/Handwashing Stations for use in fire and all-hazard incidents in Regions 1, 2, and 4. This is an onboarding amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement, which is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new awards will be identical to the original solicitation. New offerors who meet the original eligibility requirements may submit a quote through the specified VIPR system. After onboarding, new contractors and added resources become eligible to receive dispatches.
