Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for its Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement for chippers in the East Zone (Regions 1, 2, & 4) for fire and all-hazard incidents. This is not a new procurement; the evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance will be identical to the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing agreement holders can submit quotes or modify rates through the VIPR system during this open season, with all proposals subject to the original solicitation's criteria. The onboarding period coincides with the Contracting Officer's annual review process for existing agreements. After onboarding, any new contractors or accepted resources become eligible to receive dispatches.
