VIPR I-BPA for Miscellaneous Heavy Equipment for East Zone, Regions 1, 2 and 4
The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for its Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement for Miscellaneous Heavy Equipment, which is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a new procurement; the evaluation factors, terms, and period of performance will be identical to the original solicitation. The onboarding coincides with an annual review for existing contractors and allows new vendors meeting the original eligibility requirements to submit quotes. The services are for fire suppression and all-hazard incidents across the Forest Service's East Zone, encompassing Regions 1, 2, 4, and 9. The agency will host two optional virtual outreach sessions to walk through agreement details.
