Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for ESB West Zone Chippers for Region 3, intended for fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. This is an open season onboarding process against an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA), which is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance for any new awards will be identical to the original solicitation. New offerors meeting the original eligibility requirements may submit quotes, and existing awardees can also revise their agreements. After onboarding, new contractors and accepted resources become eligible to receive dispatches.
