VIPR I-BPA for Potable & Gray Water Truck/Handwashing Station (Trailer Mounted) for Region 3 - East Zone
The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for its Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement for trailer-mounted potable and gray water handwashing stations. This is for the Southwest Region (Region 3) for use during fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. The onboarding is not a new procurement; it allows new contractors to join the existing agreement and existing awardees to modify their offerings under the original solicitation's terms. New offerors must submit quotes through the VIPR system during the open season, and any new awards will have identical terms and performance periods as the original. After onboarding, new contractors and added resources become eligible to receive dispatches.
