Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an existing solicitation for Miscellaneous Heavy Equipment for fire suppression and all-hazard incidents to conduct an "Onboarding" period for new vendors. This is not a new procurement; evaluation factors, terms, conditions, and the period of performance will be identical to the original solicitation. The onboarding allows new, eligible small businesses to submit quotes and coincides with an annual review process for existing agreement holders. Two optional virtual outreach sessions will be held in February 2025 to walk through agreement details. After onboarding, new contractors or added resources become eligible to receive dispatches under the existing blanket purchase agreements.
