Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for Faller services in the East Zone (Regions 1, 2, and 4) for fire and all-hazard incidents. This is not a new procurement but an amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) for small businesses. The evaluation criteria, terms, and conditions, including the period of performance, will be identical to the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing awardees can submit quotes or modify rates through the VIPR system during this open season. Additional contractors or resources accepted will be eligible to receive dispatches immediately after the onboarding and annual review period concludes.
