Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an existing solicitation for an open season onboarding process to add new contractors and resources to a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) for Heavy Equipment used in fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. This is not a new procurement, and any new awards will have identical terms, evaluation criteria, and period of performance as the original agreement. The onboarding period coincides with the annual review process for existing awardees, who can also revise their agreements. New offerors meeting the original solicitation's eligibility and pass/fail criteria may submit quotes through the VIPR system. The Forest Service will host two optional virtual outreach sessions to walk through agreement details.
