Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement to add an East Zone Mechanic with Service Truck for Regions 1, 2, and 4 for fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. This is not a new procurement; the evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance are identical to the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing agreement holders can submit quotes or modify rates through the VIPR system during this open season, with all proposals subject to the original solicitation's criteria. After onboarding, new contractors and accepted resources will be eligible to receive dispatches.
