Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding period for its Heavy Equipment Blanket Purchase Agreement for fire and all-hazard incident response. This is not a new procurement; new awards will use the original solicitation's evaluation criteria, terms, and period of performance. The onboarding coincides with an annual review for existing contractors, who can also modify their agreements. New vendors who meet the original eligibility requirements may submit quotes through the specified online system. Two optional virtual outreach sessions will be held in February 2025 to explain the agreement.
