The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement to add an ESB West Zone Mechanic with Service Truck for Region 3, for use during fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. This is not a new procurement, and any new awards will have identical terms, conditions, evaluation factors, and period of performance as the original solicitation. The onboarding coincides with an annual review for existing agreement holders, who can also revise their agreements. New offerors who meet the original solicitation's eligibility and pass/fail criteria may submit quotes. Performance of services is specified for Region 3.
